Taiwan-based textiles producer, San Yueh Textile, has shared nearly 28 years of history with the TENCEL™ brand. Cooper Tseng, San Yueh Textile Co. Ltd, Vice President says TENCEL™’s three-decade legacy of environmental responsibility is a key reason why they continue to use TENCEL™ branded fibers. “TENCEL™ has a strong brand image for creating innovative products which subscribe to industry-leading sustainable closed-loop production practices,” says Tseng. “The TENCEL™ brand is also committed to keeping its fibers traceable across the supply chain. Lingerie manufacturer Taiwan Wacoal was initially attracted to TENCEL™ branded fibers for their unparalleled soft touch and the luster of fabrics made from them. Each of these qualities are crucial for the lingerie and underwear Wacoal is renowned for.
