An integral part of TENCEL™’s #DressForYourEnvironment campaign was to showcase the biodegradability of TENCEL™ fibers. Therefore, biodegradable kits which featured a casual oversized T-shirt made from 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers and a seed paper with an integrated TENCEL™ fabric piece, were produced and sent to influencers including Jasmine Hemsley, Roos van Dorsten, Rosanna Falconer, and Lukas Hoffman. Our sustainable influencers showed their followers why wearing clothes made of TENCEL™ fibers can help protect the environment.

TENCEL™ proudly worked beside brand partners ARMEDANGELS, NINETY PERCENT, SON OF A TAILOR, VERO MODA, SKFK, hip+happen, prAna and NOCTURNE to execute the campaign and drum up support of using sustainable, biodegradable materials in the fashion industry. The fashion industry is a well-known polluter, especially with the rise of “fast fashion” and TENCEL™’s ambition is to encourage the industry to become more sustainable and brands to actively work to save the planet.
